Our Taste of Mexico Taco Tuesday series continues with a seafood favorite from Mexico’s Pacific Coast! This week we’re featuring Gobernador Tacos, inspired by the state of Sinaloa. Juicy shrimp are sautéed with roasted peppers, onions, and tomatoes, layered with melted Oaxaca cheese inside a crispy griddled tortilla, then finished with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime. We’ll also have Rayna Marie performing live from 6:00–8:00 PM, making it the perfect evening of handcrafted cider, authentic Mexican flavors, and live local music.
